We loved the taste of the steak and Dragon roll. I was impressed with the detailed responses to the reviews showing sincere interest to continually improve the dishes. Few suggestions and comments 1. We ordered the steak medium, it came cut which is a good idea, most of the pieces were tasty and juicy but some pieces were well done and chewy. 2. The rice was cold. 3. We couldnt order from the Hibachi lunch menu. It is only for weekdays. A note could be added to the menu. Overall, an excellent Halal Japanese restaurant. ”

“ Wakatobi is within a close enough drive to my work that I decided to stop by. Its a qaint sushi and Hibachi spot in between two smaller markets. The service was great, though I was the only one in at the normal slow time of 2. The sushi, for the price, was rather nice. Of course youre not going to be able to compare somewhere like this to a high scale sushi joint, but the combo was a great value and the atmosphere was relaxed, with music and videos of Japanese sites playing over a television. I cant recommend the Habachi as I havent had it, but if its anywhere close to the Sushi, I would. Overall its a nice joint to get to. Price, convenience, and services provided are more than exceptional at the price point. ”

The service and hospitality was great the folks taking the order were very polite and patient. Gave us all the time we needed to think and decide on our order without showing any sign of irritation which is very common in many restaurants. They also have a one time offer of 10 off if you order via the Chownow app which was great. Finally, the food was amazing and delicious . We were very happy to have this halal sushi option and would definitely visit them the next time we are in the Bay Area. ”

Its no exaggeration when I say this is sushi at its finest! On top of that, the service was flawless. The staff was attentive, warm, and made me feel like a VIP from start to finish.
